Calculate the Approximate United Inches or UI of your Windows
UI stands for united inches, meaning the width plus height (i.e. a 36″ x 54″ window equals 90 UI; 36 + 54 = 90).
How to Measure Windows Accurately:
Width - measure between the inside jamb on the left and the right. Height - measure windows from sill to the top of the window opening.
