We received numerous quotes to replace over 30 windows.  All of the companies were comparably priced; however, we have decided to proceed with WeatherMaster for our project.  Dealing with Kenny has exceeded our expectations.  We have asked a lot of him throughout the process and he has been prompt with each response.  We are still waiting to get the final measurements and install done, but we don't anticipate any issues given our initial experience. Had a visit from Tim and he spent a long time with me explaining that my leak was coming from the roof and not the window. While this wasn’t good news, it was incredibly helpful to finally understand what was causing the problem and what I needed to do next. I really appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain it to me, even though the issue ultimately wasn’t something WeatherMaster needed to repair. Straightforward and clear from start to completion. They even accounted for one particular window frame which had been damaged. Cold this winter, but you wouldn't have noticed standing near the new windows. In June 2026, had a sliding door put in. Just for kicks, I obtained an estimate from a big, well-known company. Got a good laugh out of it - they wanted twice as much as Weather Master, and it was necessary to sign a contract (cancellable) to actually get the estimate. Not so with Kenny Leutner from WM. Came by, checked out the old door, explained the process, gave me an estimate. The actual door installation was outstanding. The tech, David, was very deliberate at every step of the process, and I was impressed by his attention to all details regarding the new door - really took his time and got it right. From the sit down with Jonmark to ordering to install were fantastic!  Jonmark walked us through all the options to best suit our need.  His expertise was evident.  They stayed in contact through the wait for the windows and got in to install in a few days!  Install crew worked fast, efficient and clean!  They walked me through the window features and made sure I had no other questions.  Will have them do the rest of our windows when needed. April 2026:  Worked with Jonmark again to replace the rest of our windows.  They were very patient with us due to having to work through the tenants to get the work done.  Couldn't be happier!!!! June 2026:  called in service to have locks replaced on sliding doors and fix a couple of screens.  Work was scheduled and completed quickly. Can't recommend them enough!

I bought custom windows in 2011 . They are wonderful. Recently , a small misalignment occurred in my master bedroom window. The technician cam and repaired it immediately. No charge. I’m impressed in this day and age. Thank you again
